This was a fun waterfall to paint…The reference photo was taken late afternoon in late spring. My boyfriend and I were surrounded by new foliage, which gave off this beautiful green glow…will most definitely be chasing after this waterfall again!

Reference photo taken on a hike in South Mountains State Park, NC, back in May 2022. I added florals that I’ve captured while hiking in surrounding areas to diversify the color scheme a bit more.
